KB4535996 Reportedly Causes Problems in Windows 10

It hasn't been exactly one week since this update was given to users of Windows 10 1903 and 1909 , Update  KB4535996  has now reportedly caused several problems with Windows 10 devices after installing it. Although Microsoft in its changelog page has not acknowledged the existence of the problem, but based on several reports via the Microsoft Answers and Feedback Hub said some users experienced problems related to this update. The first problem was reported that KB4535996 update failed to install and caused Bluescreen with error messages 0x800f0922 and 0x80070003, like the one reported by the  following  Feedback Hub user .
